I was born and raised in Compton, California. I was also raised and schooled in Los Alamitos, California. Both of those things are true at the same time, and both of them shaped me. Neither one gets to be the whole explanation. That's kind of who I am in general: multiple true things, held at once.
I'm a Pisces sun, Sagittarius moon, Leo rising, with Mercury in the 8th house, which, if you know astrology, explains a lot about why I feel things before I can explain them, and why I've spent my life paying attention to what's underneath the surface.
How I got here…
Organized, capable, and quietly exhausted.
Before any of this, I was a corporate executive assistant in Los Angeles. Organized, capable, and quietly exhausted. Then I got my real estate license and built a career on contracts, negotiations, and understanding what people actually need versus what they say they need.
And then, sight unseen, during the September 14, 2024 eclipse, I moved to Puerto Vallarta. As a single mom, for my daughter, for myself, for a life that felt more like mine. I didn't have it all figured out. I'm not sure I do now. But I trusted something in me that knew staying wasn't going to get either of us where we needed to go.
Today I work in real estate in Mexico with Taniel Chemsian Properties, a brokerage you may have seen on HGTV's House Hunters International. The hypnotherapy came later, and it came as a calling. Those two things sound like they shouldn't go together, but they're actually the same work, helping people move toward something more aligned.

Because here's what I learned the hard way. Moving is mental. You can change every zip code and still wake up in the same story. So I help with both, the logistics and the identity work, because you deserve a move that actually holds.
I'm a lot of things outside of real estate and hypnotherapy. A lover of theatre. Crystals, astrology, the occult, ancestral intelligence. I take all of it seriously and none of it too seriously. A true empath still learning to build boundaries inside a capitalist structure that wasn't built for people like me, or really any of us. Grit and resilience, because both are required. A queen of transmutation, because I've turned enough pain into purpose to know that's my superpower. My grandmother is with me, always. Feelings may not be fact, but feelings matter. I'm recharged by the sun and soothed by the rain. Karaoke is a love language. After too much time outside, my bed is my safe place. And yes, I'm partial to a spicy marg.

I've been embraced by Mexico. Mama Mexico held me when I needed holding. Now I get to help other women do the same, move toward themselves, not just toward a new address.
